We began working with John and his team in September 2015, after being referred by a third party.
To say our MYOB file and overall financials were a mess would be a massive understatement, however, from the first visit with Summers & Summers, I felt at ease and that things would get better.
We set up monthly meetings, all while in the background Summers & Summers worked tirelessly to decipher what was going on with our accounts. Within a few months, we saw a light at the end of the tunnel. For the first time, our end of year financials matched what our MYOB file showed and we really knew where we stood.
Now that the mess is cleared up, we have moved forward and are working with John on plans for the future, how we can grow and manage what we do better.
Having our monthly meeting has grounded us all and put us on the same path. We have goals and targets and being accountable to a third party makes us stay on track.
